Cadoo Craft is a small community stemming from a Minecraft server ran by JCadoo. The server was founded in 2019 as a Skyblock world, but has since grown to be an active community of students, gamers and friends from around the world, with well over 100 unique players having been part of its history over time. The server today is up 24/7 for SMP and building, but also hosts regular events and game nights. The community is kept alive by the discord server, where members chat and game together every day.

Access to Cadoo Craft

Cadoo Craft is a PRIVATE server. While this website and the world map may be accessed publicly, access to the Discord and server are invite-only. If invited to the server, you will be invited to the Discord, where the IP can be found. Please wait patiently while an admin adds you to the whitelist.

Cadoo Craft Rules

The following rules apply to the Discord and Minecraft server:

1. DON'T do anything against the law... duh.

2. DON'T do anything that could negatively affect someone or the community, such as excessive toxicity, harassment, doxxing, or threats.

3. DON'T spam the chat OR send media in the wrong channels.

4. DON'T try to evade the chat filter, and keep explicit language use within reason. No slurs, ever.

5. DON'T send anything NSFW, lewd or otherwise obscene.

6. DON'T do something that could affect the physical server machine (DDoSing, lag machines, speed teleporting, loading chunks with rocket elytra)

7. DON'T make copies of the server, it's assets, worlds, or major builds you did not make without permission. This applies both internally (on the server) and externally (private copies on your computer or network)

8. DON'T grief other player's bases. This includes stealing, or killing entities!

9. DON'T go on other people's properties without permission! If they ask you to leave, you have to leave.

10. DON'T build big auto farms. (This will eat the server's resources and ruin the experience.)

11. DON’T use illegal items, exploit, hack, cheat, or use X-ray.

12. DON’T build in other players' countries. (unless given permission... check the world maps to see if you're in claimed land)

13. DON'T try to evade your ban sentences (ie. alt accounts, using friend's accounts). Sharing your account is also bannable!

14. DON'T give away the server IP or discord invites. Please only invite trustworthy people.

15. DON’T argue in chat! No politics, no religion, no controversy, if it gets out of hand. Keep it civil. Agree to disagree.

16. DON'T argue with the admins on any decision! Feedback is appreciated, whining is not.

NOTE: Admins reserve the right to ban or unwhitelist anyone they deem in violation of these rules, untrustworthy or otherwise unfit for the server or community.

The following rules apply to the Minecraft server only:

Creative Mode Usage Rules

1) Only use it in YOUR country, and for the specified project

2) Never give things to people

3) Never build things for other people

4) Never fill chests or other storage containers with op items from creative

5) Unless otherwise allowed, never log out with creative. Please advise an admin if you're logging out!

Land and Building Rules (reference the maps)

-Named, bordered areas are active claimed nations. Building in them is not permitted unless given permission by its government, or by the specific property owner.|

-Territories are also claimed land, but are owned and governed by a separate, primary home nation. The same building rules apply as claimed nations.

-Protected Lands are semi claimed land. They are overseen by the Royal Craftian Government, but are not owned by any entity. Building in them is permitted, but builds can be removed at the discretion of the Royal Craftian Government, and land claims cannot be made.

-Wild lands, Wastes and Expanses are not owned or overseen. Building in them is fully permitted and small nations or land chunks can be claimed, but will not be officially recognized.

-Sky builds can only be built with explicit permission from JCadoo except in Wild lands, Wastes and Expanses (where it’s permitted)

-Named Oceans and Seas are considered semi protected and building on their surfaces (aside from docks or ports) is not permitted unless with permission. Underwater builds are permitted.

Notice on creating a recognized country:

To create a country and have it be recognized officially on the list of countries and world map, you must fulfill all of the following criteria:

-Have a distinct, bordered area (preferably within 1 biome, must be within an unclaimed region on the Cadoo world Main Regions map)

-Have developed at least one major settlement within the border

-Have picked a name and banner for your country

-Be an active, upstanding member of the server

Once these criteria are met and a request is made to JCadoo to recognize your country, it will be voted on by the CG17.
